Seller

Mac App Store purchases are sold by Apple under Apple’s terms. Direct purchases on this website are sold by Link, LLC (Stripe) as merchant of record on behalf of TrueDigital, LLC.

License

A direct purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license key for up to 3 Macs you own or use. If you activate it on a further Mac, the license automatically moves from the Mac you haven’t used the longest (once every 30 days). You can also deactivate a Mac in Roundly’s settings. Please do not share your license key or the download.

Price

$2.99, one-time. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. No subscription.

Delivery

After payment you are taken to your personal download page with your license key immediately. The download link works for 7 days. If anything goes wrong, write to [email protected] and we will send you the download.

No refunds

Roundly is a digital product that is delivered immediately. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law. Before buying, please check that your Mac runs macOS 13 or later. If you have a technical problem, write to us and we will help. Mac App Store purchases are subject to Apple’s terms.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

By completing the purchase you agree that the download is provided immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Warranty and liability

Roundly is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, TrueDigital, LLC is not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
